It has been a while since we've seen Eddie Angel performing at St Harmonica's Blues Club
so we are delighted to welcome him back with a top drawer band as per usual.
A terrific singer and guitarist Eddie is joined by the legendary Laurie Garman on harmonica
while Simon Hindley plays second guitar and adds vocals. All held together by an awesome rhythm
section comprising Francesca Shaw on bass and Loris Peverani on drums. Eddie injects searing
guitar with a great choice of material and you will see why he is such a big name on the international
as well as the UK blues scene. Hugely entertaining.
Support comes from Blues Direction, an acoustic trio comprising Mike Fulke on acoustic guitar and vocals, Antonio Solo on cajon and percussion and Saul Minaee on bass; a funky, uplifting mixture of classic blues and rock from BB King to the Blues Brothers via the Beatles.
