This is exciting. One of the giants of the Blues, Big Joe Louis, brings his trio to St Harmonica’s Blues Club this Friday 20th February. We were lucky enough to be entertained by Big Joe along with Paul Lamb back in the summer. This Friday, backed by Lewis Fielding on guitar and Peter Greatorex on drums, Big Joe Louis brings his trio which has wowed audiences across the world with his original and dynamic take on the blues. “….one of the best British blues bands ever….” Juke Blues
Support comes in the form of Simon Hindley, guitar and vocals, with Little Paul on harmonica and vocals and possibly, other instruments. Both these musicians have actually played with Big Joe back in the day. You’re advised to arrive early to get a seat for this show.
Simon Hindley and Little Paul will play at 8.30pm followed by two sets from Big Joe Louis starting just after 9.00pm.
